The Alpha Switch D Control Panel Pack (White) for All NCE Systems includes all the components you need to create your own bespoke Layout Control Panel for your NCE DCC System. If you don’t use NCE, you can integrate your Alpha Switch D Control Panel with any DCC system using DCC Concepts Alpha System Power Upgrade Bundle!

Each pack of Cobalt Alpha Switch D (White) contains 12 illuminated push buttons to control 6 turnouts. The Alpha Switch D Control Panel Pack (White) for All NCE Systems contains 2 packs, so you can control up to 12 turnouts from your Control Panel. If you need to control more, then just purchase another pack - they just link together!

This is where the magic happens! The Cobalt Alpha Encoder Unit takes physical button presses and changes them into a digital command which your NCE system can understand. Simply plug in to your NCE Layout Panel that you already have on your layout (you should have a spare socket next to where you plug in your controller) and you’re ready to start!

Pre-cut and tinned to make connecting your Cobalt Alpha Switch D and Cobalt Alpha Encoder Unit really simple. Just connect the three screw-terminal outputs on each Cobalt Alpha Switch D board with the three spring-clip terminals on Cobalt Alpha Encoder Unit! No soldering!

A “hospital grade” 12 Volt supply to power your illuminated buttons. Simply remove the barrel connector from the power supply and connect the two wires to the inputs on the Cobalt Alpha Switch D board!
